Pool Access Instructions - Pool Opens Sat 5/25 @ 11am.

  • Once you buy your pool membership you will be granted door access for your email as well the family member that resides with you. The email you specified when purchasing the membership will be used.

  • Please allow 48 hours from the time you buy the membership to be activated.

  • Oak Springs Pool uses Kisi, a smart lock, which allows you to unlock doors with your mobile phone.

    The Kisi app is required for phone unlocks:
    Download for iOS
    Download for Android

  • When you have the app installed, enter your email to receive a sign-in link. For manual sign in option, use "oakspringspool" as your organization domain.

  • You can only have one device per email address (set your phone to primary device)

  • In case your phone or operating system is not compatible with the app you will have to purchase a fob/card for $10, see below.

  • Make sure to enable ‘ LOCATION SERVICES’ for the app.

  • To open the door unlock your phone, no need to open the app, then hold your phone to the terminal (like apple pay or google pay)

  • Iphones need Bluetooth enabled and can take a little longer. Hold near the terminal for up to 5 seconds. Android phones need NFC enabled.

  • YOUR PHONE ACCESS WILL BE ACTIVATED on opening day.

  • If you are having trouble opening the door, please verify again that:

    • you set your phone as PRIMARY (see the screeshots)

    • you enabled Bluetooth permissions for the Kisi app (Settings -> Tap Privacy & Security -> Tap Bluetooth)

    • you enabled the phone’s Bluetooth (different from above!)

    • you are using email you specified when purchasing membership

    • you are pressing the phone against the reader

Pool Closures

  • The Pool entry gate will remain locked from closing time until opening the next day.

  • During closures, the app will inform you that access failed, and a message will appear saying your access is not allowed at this time (red lights will be displayed).

  • The gate may also be locked (due to poor air quality or required maintenance, if needed) and you’ll receive the same message as above.
