Clubhouse

The Oak Springs Home Association’s clubhouse is the perfect setting for your next event. Our mid-century clubhouse features a full kitchen, large recreation room with fireplace, and balcony overlooking the hills of Orinda and the property’s pool and gardens. Banquet tables and chairs are available upon request. The clubhouse’s seating capacity is 49 people or 100 people for a combination sitting/standing reception. You must be a member to rent the clubhouse or deck. Please send any questions regarding rentals to orindapool@gmail.com.

 
 
 
 

Rental Options

To make a rental reservation, first read the Clubhouse Rules (below) and the Pool Rules (if applicable), then click “Book Now” to fill out the Clubhouse Rental Application form. Once you have completed the form, someone from Oak Springs Home Association will reach out to you to address your request.

UPPER DECK RENTAL

Special Event reservation with or without pool access. Guests will share the use of the pool with Members subject to Pool Rules of Conduct, availability and signed liability waivers. This reservation is for upper deck rental, M-F only, no weekends or Holidays and during the normal pool season. Fee is $125/hr - 2-hour minimum plus $10/swimmer for pool access.

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

Special Event reservation without pool access. This reservation is for clubhouse rental only, M-F during the pool season.

It is also open year-around and available in the off-season for Holiday rentals. Rates vary depending on the size and type of event.

Clubhouse Rules

  1. RENTER must be present during the entire event.

  2. RENTER is responsible for all actions of guests.

  3. No reservation reserved until online clubhouse application form is complete with rental payment. Separate cleaning fee ($150) required on the day of event.

  4. Renter agrees to inspect clubhouse prior to event. Any damages to clubhouse will be immediately reported to the clubhouse chairman.

  5. Oak Springs Pool is not responsible for any illicit drugs or alcohol-related incidents.

  6. Alcohol may be consumed by people of 21 years or older. Minors seen consuming alcohol or possessing illicit drugs on premises will result in immediate cease to event and the Orinda Police Department will be contacted.

  7. Noise: With consideration to our neighbors, no amplified music will be permitted and sound should be contained to a minimum.

  8. No smoking, open flame candles, torches or such are permitted. Battery operated candles are a great alternative.

  9. Confetti and glitter are strictly prohibited.

  10. Renter is encouraged to visit facility prior to event date.

  11. Upon departure:

    • Removal of all decorations, rental equipment and personal property from premises.

    • Stack and return all tables and chairs back to designated area.

    • Clubhouse & kitchen will be cleaned professionally after the event.

    • Please leave building and grounds looking as it did when you arrived.

    • ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED FROM PREMISES.

    • No damage to premises. Any cost to repair damages will be charged to the renter.

  12. Clubhouse cancellation policy - 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days prior to event.
