Clubhouse Rental

Oak Springs Clubhouse and/or Oak Springs Pool are available for rental to members and non-members.

 

Oak Springs Clubhouse rental:

 

  • Special Event Rental Fee: $200
  • Ongoing Monthly Classes/Meeting Rental: $25 per hour (3 hour maximum -- including set up/breakdown)
  • Intimate special event setting for; banquets, anniversaries, reunions, birthday parties, meetings and classes.

Oak Springs Pool rental:

 

  • The pool is also available for rental.  Guests will share use of pool with members.

Clubhouse Rental Application & Agreement

 

To make a Clubhouse rental reservation, please read the following information, fill out the following form, and submit payment using the form at the bottom of this page.

  • SPECIAL EVENT RENTAL RATE:  $200.00 + $150 refundable damage deposit

  • ONGOING MEETINGS and/or CLASSES:  $25 per hour (maximum 3 hours)


Pool/swimming access: $5.00 per guest.  (To qualify, renter must be current pool member).  Minimum fee is $50.00. 

 

Pool parties are required to have certified lifeguard on site at all times.

 

 

Clubhouse Rules

  1. MEMBER must be present during the entire event.
  2. MEMBER is responsible for all actions of guests.
  3. No reservation will be held or confirmed until clubhouse chairman receives this form completed in its entirety with rental payment and damage deposit.
  4. Member agrees to inspect clubhouse prior to event.  Any damages to clubhouse will be immediately reported to the clubhouse chairman.
  5. Following use of facility, member responsible for contacting the clubhouse chairman within on day requesting inspection of the Clubhouse and return the keys.  If the Clubhouse is left in the same shape as it was found (or better), the $150.00 deposit will be refunded to the member within one week.  If there is damage, the $150.00 deposit will be retained by the association.  The amount of damage will be assessed within a week and the balance of the deposit will be refunded to the renter at that time, or an appropriate agreement will be entered into between both parties.
  6. Oak Springs Pool is not responsible for any illicit drugs or alcohol related incidents.  Alcohol can be consumed by people of 21 years or older.  Minors seen consuming alcohol or illicit drugs on premises will result in immediate cease to event, all deposits will be with held.  Orinda Police Department will be contacted immediately.
  7. Noise: With consideration to our neighbors, no amplified music will be permitted and sound should be contained to a minimum.
  8. No smoking, open flame candles, torches or such are permitted.  Battery operated candles are a great alternative.


IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FULL DEPOSIT REFUND:

  • Removal of all decorations, rental equipment, and personal property from premises.
  • Stack and return all tables and chairs back to designated area.
  • All floors, including restrooms/patio deck, swept and mopped.
  • Leave building an grounds looking as it did when you arrived.
  • ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED FROM PREMISES.
  • No damage to premises.  The cost to repair damages will be deducted from original damage deposit.

Clubhouse Special Event reservation with swimming access. This reservation allows pool access for up to 10 swimmers. Additional charges will be required for additional swimmers. Contact Oak Springs Pool directly for extra charges.

To make a Clubhouse Special Event reservation without swim access, make payment of  $350.00 ($200 rental charge + $150 damage deposit) via credit card or PayPal account by selecting payment button to right and fill in checkbox above.   
To make a Clubhouse Special Event reservation with swimming access, make payment of  $400.00 ($200 rental charge + $150 damage deposit + $50 (minimum swim fee)) via credit card or PayPal account by selecting payment button to right and fill in checkbox above.  This reservation allows pool access for up to 10 swimmers.
