Clubhouse and grounds features:
- Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas range, 18 cubic foot refrigerator
- Banquet tables available with basic stackable chairs. A few folding chairs are also available as well as a large number of stackable outdoor chairs.
- Fireplace, wood is provided.
- Rafters for decor.
- Seating can be indoors or outdoors under the oaks.
- Picnic tables outside. 4-6 matching picnic style green tablcloths.
The Oak Springs Pool is kept at a comfortable 78 - 82 degrees and has a diving board. There is a separate shallow end, 1 to 2 feet deep, for youngsters.
